In order to offer, produce and deliver a punching knife accurate and fast, we need the following information from your side:
- Data of the company and contact person
- File in pdf, dxf, ai or dwg format or exact dimensions of the tool
- Punching knife quality; S5, S10, Stamdur, VS1, VS10 or stainless steel (Product data sheet)
- Dimension and tolerances of the tool
- Name of the punching machines
- Details of quantity and quality of the material you want to process
Whenever possible, send us material for cutting tests (for beverage labels 5-10 stacks of 1000 labels). Optimally punchable material is entirely printed and varnished. Ink and varnish enormously favor the punchability of materials!
